We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Eric! From day one, he was incredibly easy to work with, always available when we had questions, and never made us feel like we were bothering him. He gave us honest, sound advice throughout the entire process and really took the time to understand what was important to us. One of the things we appreciated most was how well Eric helped us narrow in on what we actually wanted. He listened to us, understood our priorities, and made the whole process feel much less overwhelming. When I first met with Mark to discuss the selling of my home I felt immediately comfortable with his knowledge and expertise in this task. There wasn't a question too simple or difficult that he couldn't answer. He was spot on with the asking price and the open houses where we were ask to be out of town. He was always available with any questions we had and made this such a smooth experience.
